Our flagship service. We supply and install a Midea VRF multi-split system — one powerful outdoor unit connected to multiple indoor wall units across your home. The system both heats and cools, replacing your gas ducted heater completely.
Under the VEU program, replacing a gas ducted heater with a reverse-cycle multi-split generates Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs), which are the government subsidy mechanism. We handle all of this — you simply see a lower price.
Replace your gas hot water system with a highly efficient heat pump. Heat pump water heaters use up to 65–70% less energy than conventional electric or gas systems, and qualify for significant VEU rebates when replacing a gas-powered hot water unit.
This service pairs perfectly with our aircon installs — many customers do both on the same day, maximising rebates and minimising disruption.
The decommissioning of your existing gas ducted heater is a mandatory step in the VEU aircon upgrade process — it's the "replaced appliance" that generates the VEE certificates. This is always included as part of an aircon install, but can also be booked as a standalone service.
Our team is experienced with all major heater brands — Braemar, Bonaire, Brivis, and Rinnai — and follows strict protocols to ensure the decommissioning is done correctly for VEEC compliance.
